This page gives to option to select how often you want to receive an email.

Currently, there are updaters running every 12 hours (6:00 amd 18:00 UTC).

In case you want to be notified about changes of your favorite users, you can enable it, which will give you all the changes (based on your defined preferences for each user).

You are free to also choose how often you want to be notified about changes, in case twice per day is too much for you.

Receive email of changes every X hours
